Luke Atkins - PRESIDENT 2018-2020 

4 Pines Brewing Company 

 Joining the Executive in 2107, Luke is the Northern Beaches Venue Manager for 4 Pines Brewing Company, whose business has grown from a small brewpub in  Manly to an award-winning beer brand selling across Australia and internationally.  A member of the local Liquor Accord, he has extensive hospitality management experience working through the NT, VIC and NSW. Having grown up on the Northern Beaches, Luke is passionate about the local community and represents the local bar, restaurant and hotelier industry.


Tracey Mietzke - VICE PRESIDENT   
Athas Holdings

New to the Executive in 2016 and representing Athas Holdings with extensive commercial property holdings as well as retail interests in Manly, Tracey is part of the team led by Chris Athas - a leading Australian retail veteran. Having had over 16 years experience in corporate senior management roles working for multi nationals, her roles covered retail sales, marketing, education and wholesale distribution.

Tracey’s positive and infectious love for Manly since becoming a resident in 1996 has enabled her to create a widespread network of both friends and business associates, and is the driving factor behind her desire to support, stimulate, promote and cultivate Manly’s prosperity while respecting its wonderful local community.


Regan VanderWert-Walsh - TREASURER  
Cradle Design 

Joining the Committee in 2015, Regan has over 17 years experience working as an Architect in the commercial, hospitality, educational, residential and industrial sectors throughout the UK, Australia and Asia.  He is a member of the Australian Institute of Architects and a registered Architect in NSW and VIC. 

Regan has lived on the Northern Beaches for over 15 years and is a partner of an emerging architecture practice based in Fairlight.  The practice has a strong commitement of supporting the local community, contributing to its success and he has a keen interest in the development of the Manly community.


Drew Johnson  
Bank of Queensland

Executive team member since 2009. He is the joint owner/manager of the BOQ (Bank of Queensland) branch in Manly. Trading for over 8 years and boasting over 1,000 business and personal clients, most of them local.

Drew has strong links into the Manly business community and is the Executive banking and financial expert.


Sean Condell 
Condell Financial

New to the Executive Committee in 2018, Sean is a Financial Planner and principal of local firm - Condell Financial. Sean is passionate about doing business locally and helping local business owners, professionals and residents grow and maintain their wealth. He grew up in Fairlight and has a keen interest in seeing Manly continue to thrive commercially in its unique way. He enjoys the opportunity to participate and contribute to the future of this great area

Christina is the owner of Manly Ocean Foods, an iconic Fish and Chip shop perfectly located at the Beach end of The Corso. Manly Ocean Foods is steeped in Manly history; and now, once again with an emphasis on quality, consistency, service and cleanliness, this little local business, is a hub for visitors and locals alike who want to enjoy the ‘Manly Beach Experience’.

Christina joined the Executive Committee in 2015 and is looking forward to contributing to, and making informed decisions in collaboration with the Executive Team and Manly Council on important, relevant and local area issues.

International College of Manangement

Dominic is an international education management leader and has held senior management roles in educational institutions in Australia, Malaysia, Switzerland and the USA. He encourages a culture of continual improvement and recognition of scholarship through academic development, research and participation in industry.  As Chief Executive Officer and President at the International College of Management, Dominic has close ties with the Touraust community and culture having worked for the group earlier in his career in roles as Dean and Vice President, Student Services.

Elected to the Committee in 2009, and Chamber President from 2013-2015, Mark manages the Quest Grand Esplanade Serviced Apartments.

Mark is well informed of tourism trends and management, and is an ever-approachable service provider in Manly.


Charlotte Rimmer 
Aide de MD

Charlotte Rimmer joined the Exec Committee in 2019. She is the founder of Aide de MD which mentors SMEs and has been operating since 2006. She works with MDs and CEOs to help them create sustainable businesses and operate autonomously through strong infrastucture.  Charlotte has lived on the Northern Beaches for 20 years with her husband and two sons. In her free time she enjoys yoga, the beach and being with her family and of course, Freddy the dog.


Graeme Moses 
Maestro & Co

Graeme is the owner of Maestro & Co - Manly's first and only Middle Eastern Restaurant. Maestro is inspired by his Lebanese heritage and features a contemporary take on the cuisine with a tapas style menu designed for sharing. Ranked number one on Trip Advisor since October 2017. 

No stranger to business associations prior to launching Maestro and Co, Graeme held senior executive positions covering communications, policy and advocacy, marketing, operations and member services at NSW Business Chamber, the Australian National Retailers Assoc and the Financial Services Council.  Graeme currently leads the policy, advocacy and media team at the Tourism and Transport Forum (TTF) - the national industry group representing the tourism and transport sectors.  Graeme joins the Chamber in 2019.


Jim Buda 
Market Lane Cafe

Jim is a long time Manly local and has owned and operated multiple business’s over the years. These include Beach Culture, an airport based surf retail chain, The Mambo Friendship store (in partnership with Mambo), the Brazil Cafe Manly and most recently, Market Lane Cafe. Jim also is a registered architect with an architectural practice in Manly specialising in retail design.

Jim has range of skill sets, retail, hospitality, architecture and urbanism mixed with insights learned from both sides of the point of sale. He has seen Manly change from the days he drove down the Corso in the 70’s to surf the Bower and understands that the dynamics in play today require drive and understanding to negotiate the current local challenges.
