Manly Centre Management
 
The Centre Management Committee is an joint initiative of the Chamber and Manly Council, funded by Council through contributions from the Manly CBD ‘special levies’ payments from commercial property owners.
 
The Vision:  To improve the operation, management, promotion and presentation of the Manly CBD, for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Recent achievements of Manly Centre Management: 

• Secured additional $30,000 funding from businesses for specific marketing events, promotions and advertising.
• Developed a new, strong, unique and recognised Manly brand.
• Developed a Shopping Centre Directory.
• Assisted and guided over 15 major new stores into the precinct.
• Played an integral part of the Corso upgrade through liaison between Council and Commercial operators.

Manly Centre Management objectives: 

• Increase overall sales and address perception issues.
• Improve general aesthetics of the precinct.
• Ensure facilities and surrounds are maintained to optimum standards.
• Lift and remix retail offering.
• Build communication with all stakeholders.
